Does Arrow train newer drivers?

Yes. It will depend on whether or not the conditions are safe in which to train but if you can show us you are worth investing in, we will hire and train you.

How much can a driver make with Arrow?

A full-time driver with Arrow can make at least $80,000/year and many of our drivers make over $100,000/year. Arrow believes that financial wellness, now and in retirement, is a key component to overall wellness.

Do I have to work shift-work with Arrow?

Yes. Most of our trucks are double shifted with a day or night shift/truck. We are flexible and will put drivers together that can complement their shift preferences i.e. Day, Night, 4 on/4 off, 4 on/ 3 off etc…

What kind of pension can I expect?

It depends on the Division and Collective Agreement but we have pensions that pay up to $7,500/year with most contributing 4% or more.

Do I get paid time off?

Yes. Our vacation policies are very competitive with our long-time drivers earning up to 6 weeks paid vacation!
